Blood Donation Campaign Successfully Held at Emart Tabuan Jaya

Although this update comes a little later than planned, we would like to place on record our appreciation for the successful Blood Donation Campaign held on 13 June 2026 (Saturday) at Emart Tabuan Jaya.

The campaign was jointly organized by the Leo Club of UCSI University and Persatuan Penderma Darah Sarawak (PPDS), with the support of the Blood Bank, Sarawak General Hospital, the Ministry of Health Malaysia, and the Malaysian Red Crescent Kuching Branch. We also extend our sincere gratitude to Emart Tabuan Jaya for generously sponsoring the venue.

The event received encouraging support from members of the public who came forward to donate blood and help replenish the blood supply needed for patients in hospitals throughout Sarawak. Every unit of blood collected has the potential to save up to three lives, making each donor's contribution truly invaluable.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all sponsors and supporters who contributed to the success of the campaign, as well as the volunteers, medical personnel, and organizing committee members whose dedication ensured the smooth running of the event.
